Sophie Ross is the Global CEO of the Technology segment within FTI Consulting. She has more than 20 years of experience in company management, strategic leadership and operations in the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Ms. Ross specializes in helping clients manage their data in the context of compliance and risk, and leads global Technology segment strategy and execution across Information Governance, Privacy & Security, Digital Forensics & Investigations, E-Discovery Consulting & Services, Managed Review, Corporate Legal Operations and Blockchain and Digital Assets practices. Her consulting expertise includes e-discovery and high-stakes document review through predictable pricing models, applying analytics and simplifying the complex layers of discovery management.
As Okta's SVP, Chief Information Officer, Alvina Antar is responsible for enabling a seamless employee and customer experience. She most recently spent six years as Zuora's first ever CIO enabling business growth from $30M to $300M in revenue including a successful IPO in 2018. She built Zuora's IT department ground-up into the modern-day Business Technology organization for subscription businesses. Prior to Zuora, Antar spent 17 years at Dell focused on Digital Transformation, Global Delivery and M&A. The combination of Fortune 50 and high-growth start-up experience provides Antar with an intangible perspective on agility required to scale while maintaining operational efficiencies.
Antar founded the Silicon Valley CIO Women's Network that brings together Bay Area's leading CIOs sharing diverse perspectives, knowledge, challenges and experiences in a supportive atmosphere. She is also on the board of BUILD, a nonprofit dedicated to igniting the potential of our youth in under-resourced communities through experiential learning and entrepreneurship. Antar and her husband live in Menlo Park and have three children, twin 11 year old boys and a 7 year old girl. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
Elaine Zhou is the Chief Technology Officer for Change.org, the world’s largest nonprofit-owned tech platform for social change with more that 450 million users worldwide. As Change.org’s technical leader, Elaine leads a global engineering team of 70+ and growing to drive Change.org to the forefront of responsible AI, elevate the platform capability and scalability utilizing distributed cloud infrastructure, and engage repeat users through accessibility and a delightful experience.
Jennifer (Jen) Taylor is Cloudflare's SVP, Chief Product Officer. She leads the delivery of world-class cloud-based performance, security, and content delivery solutions for companies of all sizes.
Previously she was senior vice president of product management for Search at Salesforce where she built enterprise search experiences to connect people with the relevant information they need in order to produce business results. She also led Salesforce's Data.com where she helped customers sell faster and smarter using a foundation of intelligent insights, and for Salesforce Chatter she shaped the direction of this powerful collaboration software.
Prior to joining Salesforce, Jen held a variety of senior product management and marketing roles—including manager of platform product marketing at Facebook and senior director of product management for Rich Media Solutions at Adobe. Earlier in her career, Jen was a product manager at Macromedia (acquired by Adobe) for Dreamweaver, the popular graphical Web development tool and an associate at Vector Capital.
She holds a BA in Public Policy from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Paige is the Chief Operating Officer at Acubed, responsible for directing and overseeing all of the center's operational activities. Previously, Paige spent two years as the Director of Communications for Acubed. She is a fervent believer in the power of flight as a means to inspire people to great heights, and is dedicated to helping Airbus' research and innovation efforts thrive locally, nationally and at a global scale.
Prior to joining Acubed, she clocked up over a decade of experience within Airbus and its divisions, and worked her way through Europe, Africa and the US. Paige holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Journalism from the College of Wooster and a Master of Arts degree from Kent State University. She is a certified Pilates instructor and aspiring yogini.
Teresa Dietrich is the Chief Product & Community Officer at Stack Overflow, where she is responsible for evolving and executing Stack Overflow's product strategy.
Previously she worked at McKinsey New Ventures as Global Head of Product & Engineering, where she played an instrumental role in creating and scaling their B2B SaaS products, built and led product development teams across the globe, and fostered a culture that attracted and developed top talent. Prior to McKinsey New Ventures, Teresa was Chief Technology Officer at Namely, and held several leadership roles at WebMD and AOL. Teresa is a Board Member for the Oklahoma School of Science and Math Foundation, the technical magnet high school that ignited her passion for learning and technology.
Teresa earned her Master of Science from George Mason University and continued on as an adjunct professor; she earned her bachelor's degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
Catherine is a thought leader and innovator in the area of Customer Success, with over 20 years of experience helping a diverse list of clients from small business to Fortune 100 customers.
Catherine has published numerous blogs, eBooks and whitepapers on the structure, programs, and operational framework for Customer Success organizations and is rated among the Top 50 Influencers to Follow in Customer Success.
As GVP, Customer Success, Catherine is responsible for delivering great experiences and ongoing business value to Oracle's Cloud customers.
Happy has undertaken a variety of technical roles through her 20+ year career, starting as a developer and growing into a seasoned executive leader. She's participated in companies in various tech sectors including financial, enterprise, and business to business. She's also built and managed teams in companies at various stage of growth including series A+ start-ups all the way through large public businesses. PayPal, ServiceNow, Fortinet, and Everbridge are but a few. Keys to Happy's success include a skillful ability to identify and apply technical talent and a strong customer-centric business acumen. Knowing what your customers want, and what motivates your teams, and being able to combine those is a rare and powerful talent.
Fun Fact: Happy was born in Shanghai. Despite being born in China, she received her English name, "Happy", because her parents wished her happiness throughout her life. Her Chinese name, "Haibei", followed her English name. Happy is a big foodie and loves to chase amazing restaurants around the world and to cook amazing meals of her own.
Maria is MuleSoft's VP of Engineering at Salesforce where she leads a distributed organization of 200+ engineers across North America and Argentina. MuleSoft is in the forefront of application integration and hyperautomation. As a technical leader, Maria focuses on enabling MuleSoft's customers to automate their software systems, regardless of whether they are on-prem, in the cloud, or legacy.
Prior to MuleSoft, Maria spent 5 years in Salesforce Analytics Cloud where she led an engineering team in the Data Platform area. The portfolio of products she was responsible for included a cloud ETL tool, external connectors, data prep tool with ML, and integration with Salesforce’s ecosystem.
Earlier in her career, Maria worked on various database products.
Fun Fact: Maria has a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance. She dreamt of playing the bassoon in the New York Philharmonic which was never realized. Today she uses her performance skills regularly in her role as an engineering leader.
Priya Devanand is an Engineering leader with extensive experience driving application security through Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) processes and delivering several billions of dollars worth of products with robust security and privacy capabilities. She spearheaded the development of cryptographic protocols, crypto key and certificate management, authentication, privacy-preserving techniques and identity management solutions. Priya has headed secure SDLC processes and application security initiatives to scale through automation, training and definition of well-defined secure development processes.
